KOSAMA Complete Body Transformation is a progressive program designed to transform the body from the core out all while working your body to increase lean muscle mass. KOSAMA prides itself on providing you with a full body transformation. The focus on body transformation can be defined as full body conditioning including mind, balance, flexibility, and overall health.

Co-owner and General Manager Judd Hawkins is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CSCS. Judd previously spent the better part of the last decade working with various MLB teams, the Oakland Athletics most recently, as their strength and conditioning coach.
